The Stertil-Koni ST4250 raises the Ultra four-post platform concept to a 25,000 kg total capacity. It is intended for the heaviest rigid trucks, prime movers and industrial vehicles that need a fixed drive-on service bay without moving into an inground piston-lift installation. The lift provides 1,900 mm working height and a clear gap between the platforms, keeping the under-vehicle area accessible for inspection and mechanical work. Platform lengths from 6 to 11.5 metres allow the system to be matched to different fleet lengths, while the eBright control system manages synchronisation, diagnostics and operating functions. At this capacity the site design matters as much as the lift itself. Iron Lift should treat the ST4250 as a workshop project, confirming vehicle loads, platform length and spacing, ramps, foundation, electrical/hydraulic services and any jacking-beam requirement before the order is finalised.
