Product overview

The Stertil-Koni ST1175 is the high-capacity end of the mobile-column range, with Genesis Australia listing 17,500 kg of lifting capacity per column. It is intended for equipment where conventional heavy-truck columns do not provide enough individual wheel-load capacity, including specialised industrial vehicles, transporters, tugs and other very heavy machinery. Detachable 450 mm pick-up forks are listed for wheel diameters around 1,000 to 1,700 mm. The 2,060 mm lifting height creates substantial under-vehicle working clearance, while eBright control, synchronisation, independent mechanical locking and overload protection manage the lifting set. The ST1175 should be treated as an engineered project product. The actual vehicle wheel loads, wheel geometry, axle layout, column quantity, floor loading and site logistics must all be checked before supply.

Workshop fit

Confirm individual wheel load, total machine mass, wheel diameter/width, axle spacing, number of support points, floor loading and workshop clearances. Genesis lists 17,500 kg per column, 2,060 mm lifting height and approximately 1,385 kg per column. The Genesis specification table currently shows a placeholder instead of the column height; Stertil-Koni manufacturer data lists about 3,353 mm (132 in), which is the value used in this brief. Genesis also states up to 32 linked columns; confirm that Australian system limit before relying on it for a project.

Frequently asked questions

Genesis Australia lists 17,500 kg per lifting column.
Genesis lists approximately 1,000 to 1,700 mm wheel diameters with the standard detachable fork arrangement.
The published lifting height is approximately 2,060 mm.
ST1175 provides higher per-column lifting capacity, while ST1130 is particularly focused on very large wheel diameters up to around 2,200 mm.
It can be used in multi-column configurations, but the correct quantity must be engineered from the vehicle axle layout and load at each wheel position.
